Unless agreed otherwise in writing, a fixed-price service covers one defined product, shipment, application, question or document set, using the documents supplied at the start of the assignment. It includes one consolidated written response, or one call where a 30-Minute Expert Call has been booked.
It does not include application submission, drafting, authority contact, carrier coordination, customs filing, extra document rounds or work related to additional products, shipments, countries or entities.
All prices are exclusive of VAT and any government, RVO, authority, inspection, courier, carrier, transport, duty, tax, handling or other third-party charges. The final fee is confirmed once Claeritas has reviewed the agreed scope, documents, relevant countries or entities, timing and coordination requirements.
The stated from-price applies to a standard case with complete documentation and one agreed scope. Incomplete documentation, additional products, shipments, countries, entities, urgency, authority interaction or coordination may require a revised quotation.
