Where defined permit or operational support is appropriate, Claeritas confirms the service scope, client responsibilities, deliverables and fee in a proposal.

Complete secure onboarding

Clients who sign for Permit Access, Permit Operations or Gateway Desk receive access to the Claeritas Client Portal after the agreed activation conditions are met.

Manage the case with clarity

Upload documents, complete tasks, confirm information and receive updates in one secure workspace.

When you receive Client Portal access.

The Claeritas Client Portal is included with Permit Access, Permit Operations and Gateway Desk. It is activated after your proposal has been accepted and the agreed onboarding conditions have been met.

The portal is used for active case information, secure document uploads, tasks, approvals, invoices and updates.

You do not need a complete file to start.

For a Free CITES Enquiry, share the facts you have: the product, current location, destination, purpose, available documents and your main question. If you do not know all the details, tell us what you do know.

The CITES enquiry process is built to remove guesswork from the first step. You don’t need finished documentation or a confirmed permit type to begin — sharing what you know about the product, route and purpose is enough for Claeritas to confirm the right next step, whether that’s a written expert review, a scoped proposal, or straight into active case support.

Start with the facts you have.

Information on this website is provided to help you identify the appropriate Claeritas support route. It is not a confirmation that a permit, certificate or exemption is required, available or will be issued. Claeritas confirms the applicable scope only after reviewing the relevant case information and documents.
