You are the key link between our clients, Claeritas, and the competent authorities, ensuring that every application is correct, complete, and submitted on time.<br><br>Your role starts once a potential client has been commercially qualified by the sales team and is ready for substantive onboarding.<br><br>Core Responsibilities: Review the&nbsp;client situation&nbsp;from a CITES and EU trade compliance perspective. Decide which&nbsp;information, evidence, and documents&nbsp;are required for each case. Prepare, review, and submit&nbsp;CITES applications and related regulatory documentation. Manage the&nbsp;quality, completeness, and consistency&nbsp;of client files before submission. Maintain&nbsp;substantive communication&nbsp;between Claeritas, the client, and authorities such as RVO. Request and clarify&nbsp;missing or unclear information&nbsp;from clients. Assess&nbsp;case complexity, risks, and exceptions&nbsp;(e.g. special status, pre\u2011Convention, unusual routes).
